Oh my goodness!  How to Build a Nun Costume for Halloween just got a Purple Star!  It’s less than 2 hours old!

The Purple Star is “awarded to any lensmaster who creates a stellar lens.”

Whoo!  Today’s success!  Now time to go cook some Zucchini Sausage Parmesan for my next Cooking Lens!

What’s Next? SquidBoo! How To Make a Nun Costume!

I received a mini SquidBoo Quest in my points page a few days ago.  It’s a lead in to the October 2010 SquidBoo Challenge.  The mini quest asks, “Create a costume lens within the SquidBoo lensbuilding project.”

I knew the answer to this one right away!  I dressed up as a Nun last year for Halloween.  My husband and 3 pups (yes, each one had a costume) were going to a neighborhood costume block party, so we had to be ready for the occasion. 

The challenge we had was to think of a couples theme that was fun, but still child-friendly.  Once we had our ideas we went about constructing them and had a fabulous time.
